At Lymette, we want every order to arrive safely and on time. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we ship your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 48 hours. Once your order is prepared, you will receive a confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.
Delivery Times
Our standard delivery window is 7 to 14 business days, though many orders arrive sooner depending on your location. Please allow extra time during holidays or in the event of carrier delays outside our control.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders over $35 CAD within Canada.
Standard shipping on orders under $35 CAD starts at $4.99 CAD.
Customs, Taxes and Duties
All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for any import duties or customs fees on international orders.
Tracking Your Order
Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive your tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at mylymette@gmail.com and we will do our best to help if your order has not yet shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for carrier delays. If your package shows no movement for more than 7 business days after shipping, contact us at mylymette@gmail.com and we will investigate and assist you.
